Hans Im Glueck - Erlangen

Dressing and eating is like any other Hans in the Glück branch. But I find it nice that the vegan and vegetarian dishes are extra on the map. You can also see in the map with the allergens what breads are vegan. The sauces on the table are once again a highlight and it is also nice that the sauces are on the table for free.

I went there two times and both times I chose Zeitgeist burger. Amazing textures and flavours. The chicken alternative was delicious and my omnivore partner ordered it twice. All the sauces both in the burger and on the table were vegan. The brioche bread was also phenomenal. I’ll come back! Updated from previous review on 2022-11-08

Snazzy burger joint with a page of vegan options and a page of vegetarian burgers. Choice of bread type too. Nice buzzing atmosphere and tasty food.

Very delicious vegan burgers and relatively large selection of vegan burgers. The sauces available on the table are also vegan, super . The restaurant is very nice and cozy.

The vegan and vegetarian burgers are listed separately so you can see immediately what they offer. Everything is clearly labeled. All sauces on the table are vegan, they offer a lot of different burger patties. We have been there multiple times so far and all burgers were great. The drinks are also very good. They offer a sort of 'meal ' consisting of a burger, a side and a drink. The lunch meal is a good bargain, in the evening it 's only one if you get a cocktail with alcohol in my opinion.
