Little Caesars - Erlanger

This restaurant is my absolute favorite. I always bring my kids here. Whenever I ask for extra cheese sauce, they always give me extra cheese and sauce. It may seem like a small thing, but it's rare to find such great service at other restaurants. I truly appreciate their hard work.

They delivered our pizza to our hotel and put it on the floor in the hallway. They never knocked or told us that it came. I called and they said as soon as she leaves? How dirty!

I inquired about getting a lighter amount of pepperoni on my pizza, and the server informed me that there would be an additional $2 charge for a reduced amount of pepperoni. This seemed unreasonable to me. While I can appreciate an extra charge for adding more toppings, it does not make sense to charge extra for less pepperoni. Additionally, I have concerns that the pizzas may not be freshly made.

I enjoy the convenience of the drive-thru at this restaurant. However, the pizza always seems to be undercooked in the middle. Perhaps they should adjust the oven temperature, change the rack position, or make the dough thicker. This is the only Little Caesars location I have visited. The crusts are crispy.

The working-class talk was amazing, even after they were expelled by a total Karen tonight over a smaller edition of wings. She kept her attention to the care of all and not retaliate. Really a professional and a sweet young lady.
