Rally's Hamburgers - Erlanger

Really friendly, welcoming staff. Even asked if everything was good when i was done. I love this. Excellent flavor and freshly cooked. I love their burgers and if there is anything better than their fries, hot and fresh, i?ve never had it!

Really nice and friendly staff and answered my questions I had about 1 of their sauces on a sandwich, I was wanting. they let me try a taste of the sauce, to see if I thought it would be too spicy for me. I really appreciated that a lot. overall, avery nice experience and wonderful staff.

I just received a call from what I believe was the store manager regarding a complaint I submitted two nights ago. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unprofessional during our conversation. She even stated that she will ensure I'm blocked from picking up from her store. This came after she explained that the store has been closing early due to scheduling issues and that this has been happening for months. Considering I live in SWFL and was evacuated because of Hurricane Ian, I had no idea your store had been closing early. Every time you contact me, especially if it's in a rude or threatening manner, I will write a review. Moreover, the behavior of your store prompted my complaint, and it seems you're just upset because you got called out for it. Additionally, I noticed that Uber temporarily suspended your orders. I strongly recommend dining elsewhere as this establishment has the worst management and customer service I have ever encountered.

This is an incredible restaurant. They make every family feel truly special, which is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and didn't want to waste a single minute of our time there.

I had dinner here late, around 9:30 PM, and the staff member was really friendly. He took my order, and my food was ready in no time. The meal was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely come back again.
