Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Airport-florence/ Erlanger

I always know what I’m getting at Red Roof Inn. I love their clean floors—no nasty carpet.

Great money value and centrally located. Just some simple housekeeping steps would’ve made it better: toilet seat not secured…elevator could use a sweep and a mop…make sure all rooms have a DND sign

It’s obvious that all the remodel money went towards the lobby. Everything in the room that could rust was rusted. The bathroom was questionable at best (dirty cracking grout, dirty walls, stained/dirty looking tub, chunks of paint missing, door falling apart, mirror dirty). Beds “appeared” to be clean, that would be the only positive. Room slept 4 yet was only stocked 2 towels. Had to ask the desk for a remote for the tv and a do not disturb sign. Staff was not very friendly. Halls were hot and humid with no airflow. We could not use the pool as it had not been properly maintained. Will never stay or recommend someone to stay here again. Will think twice about using Red Roof Inn in the the future as well seeing as they obviously do not hold their franchises to a company standard.

Great location off the highway. Clean room and good customer

Well it was an emergency overnight. Otherwise, no way. Now that I have stayed there, I'm sure I won't again. The room wasn't the cleanest, but for a two start, it was to be expected, kind of. The Washroom was bad, and that's why my review is low. I survived it, and that's it. Good
