Red Rooster Ermington

We keep coming back, but unfortunately, they often get the order wrong. The food is frequently served cold and way too salty. This Red Rooster just can't seem to get it right.

The food was delicious, definitely a 10/10. I have no complaints about that. However, the area where I was seated had some stones and shattered glass, along with cobwebs in the corner. That kind of mess doesn't accumulate overnight and was quite off-putting. The tables weren't wiped down, and the floor needed cleaning. If they had just taken a few minutes to tidy up the dining area, my visit would have been perfect.

If you're looking for exceptional customer service, I recommend visiting the Red Hahn in Ermington. I considered writing a detailed review, but after reading the previous comments, I realized I didn't need to change anything.

I love that they have proper chicken as well as fried chicken, unlike KFC. Food is delicious, and it is so convenient. I often get a whole chicken for my family with some chips and it is a good deal. The staff are lovely.

Order a three piece satisfier box confirmed and asked for 'at least one thigh in box ' got none I think I got charged for a large box when I never asked for large... Forgot my drink, I checked the bag and sat in drive thru beeping to get a drink somehow i have a large chips and a small drink.....How can getting a box be this hard...
