Parenteau's Oof-da Tacos - Erskine

Inedible! The ONLY edible part was the bread. Only pieces of the bread though. They serve canned whole beans NOT refried bean paste, so your taco is soaking WET gross. I ordered ONLY beans cheese but got tons of lettuce and tomatoes I asked NOT to have. The beans are so WET, again, they make they bread soaking wet and inedible. I also asked if they served FRESHLY made lemonade, they said YES, then had ME get my own? It was NOT fresh squeezed lemonade, its warm gross minute maid or something similar, sittimg out all day in the sun! So I spent over $15 on a meal I didn't even eat.

Was picking up a load from Polaris and as my luck would have it Oof-da truck set up at Super One. Delicious taco salad and strawberry smoothie. Highly recommend.

Seasoned well! Definitely favorite fry bread tacos! Best local fry bread taco!

Greg, his wife and staff are amazing. I highly recommend for their food as its always fresh and made to order just like you want it. They are all friendly, so bubbly with smiles and ready to serve. Fantastic group and will always get my food here when they are close by.
