I have to say that this place that I once loved has changed for the worse like so many other great restaurants. This trip was a mess. The service was the worst I've experienced at a Red Robin, the food was made, and cooked wrong. When my niece asked for a plain bacon cheeseburger, they brought her one with mayonnaise; my niece said I'm sorry but I didn't ask for mayonnaise, and the server told her that it was my niece's fault for not being specific enough. It doesn't get much simpler, and specific than asking for a plain burger. I really don't want to give up yet, so I may give them one more chance, but anything more like this and we're done with them!
