Impresionante, desconexion total. Ambiente inigualable. El trato de todo el personal exquisito. Muchas gracias a Carol por la atención cuando reservamos. Rooms: Estuvimos en una suite doble de luxe. Es un mínimo apartamento con lo básico, con la salvedad que no tienes a nadie por encima o por debajo. Tiene un servicio de trasporte que sólo con pedirlo te llevan y te traen a la habitación. Walkability: Cuenta con varias rutas señalizadas dentro de la finca que dispone el hotel. Sin contar la carretera que lleva hasta el pueblo Capdella). El cual está a unos 2km, y desde el que también se pueden seguir muchas rutas. Food drinks: Estrella Michelin 2022. De entrantes pedimos croquetas, se sirven 8. 2 de sobrasada, 2 de calamar en su tinta, 2 de jamón y 2 de espinacas y bacalao. Y tapa de jamón ibérico, en el centro de la paleta tienes un ali oli por si quieres acompañar las roquetas. Sin palabras. Como principal probamos el Rib de ternera. Se deshacía en la boca. Acompañado de unas patatas brabas. Interior meloso y cuerpo crujiente. Para finalizar con los postres. Una tarta de limón con helado de frambuesa y un brownie con helado de vainilla. Platos muy bien presentados a la par que explicados por el camarero que lo sirve y raciones generosas. El concepto de Estrella Michelin no debe confundirse con comer poco, por lo menos en este caso.

Beautiful hotel property with outstandingly beautiful plants and very good service. The pool invites you to spend the day there. There were minor weaknesses in the room (Deluxe Double . Nothing wild, but incomprehensible in this hotel category: Broken Bali bed visibly disposed of right next to the pool. Broken tennis net. Why aren 't the loungers at the pool beautifully prepared, but only after the first guests start to arrange the loungers themselves after breakfast (around 10:30 a.m. ? That was a pity. But overall a great hotel with a very nice team. Rooms: Very tasteful and spacious corner room with great views in two directions. We were a bit unlucky in that it was very windy on the first night and the windows didn 't close properly because the locks didn 't work well. This resulted in loud wind noises coupled with a slamming patio door in the hallway. The following nights were significantly quieter and more pleasant. Food drinks: Unfortunately, the gourmet restaurant Sa Clastra was closed during our stay. But that wasn 't a bad thing at all as Olivera prepared delicious food. Both the snacks at the pool and the evening dinners were very, very good.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Olivera and we thank from the bottom of our hearts Jeroni and Alberto and the lovely other colleagues for an unforgettable evening. The whole team was absolutely attentive, incredibly well trained and very, very sweet! In Switzerland many waiters could learn a lot from you. The food was out of this world and we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our entire stay. See you next time.
