Applewood Eatery Espresso - Escanaba

Great place. Like so many spots in the UP, AppleWood makes fresh food with care that is served by warmhearted people.

Wow, super good food! While driving through to Mackinac Island, we went out of our way to this restaurant. We wanted good yet healthy food, and because of how people have raved about the food we went. My husband and I loved how the food looked and tasted, so delicious! I had an awesome chicken salad with the BEST butternut squash soup I’ve ever had in my life. My husband had a Cuban sandwich and their other delicious soup. He couldn’t stop raving about his food either. I took another Butternut Squash soup to go. I can’t wait to visit Applewood Eatery again!! Awesome service too!

Very nice welcome greeting, diverse menu, fast service. The waitress must have heard me talking about sharing the sandwiches because it was served already separate. Nice touch.

The restaurant offers a variety of fresh options and generous portions. Be sure to arrive early to ensure you can try the daily quiche before it sells out. There are also plenty of coffee choices available.

I had an incredible lunch! The staff was very friendly, and the food was fresh and tasty! The carrot cake was absolutely perfect!
