Excellent service from Geovanny, he was very attentive Courteous. The chicken was great

The chicken is excellent, and the service is really quick. I also enjoy the variety of birria options they offer.

Overall, it was a decent experience. As anticipated, the restaurant was spacious and clean. I'm not entirely convinced that this location is noticeably cheaper than others. The food was good, although it lacked salt, but that's an easy fix.

Okay, normally we love El Pollo Loco and the food was good, not great, here. The problem was the service... or rather the lack there. By far the worst service ever in an El Pollo Loco, and in the Top 5 for fast food. If I'm kind, it took 35 minutes to get our food. If my patient man hadn't gone to ask me if we were still waiting. It was calm like a church while we waited with at least 6 staff behind the counter, including a manager who, like his staff, moved at the pace of a sloth without worry or urgency to help the customer in the dining room. In the 55 minutes we were, no one command was called. Several angry customers, I think I just heard an apology about waiting. The food was good, we had a bowl and a tostada, a really complex order! The Tostada shell was not crisp. I guess our food was on the counter for a while. It seemed like someone made the food, but nobody gave it. The manager concentrated more on chopping chickens than running the restaurant. Epic fails, will not be back to this place.

Went on lunch rush. Line wasn't bad moved fast. Food came out fresh and hot. Good customer service
