Finally got a good polite person working at the drive through!

I eat at Jack In The box a lot because the food is good the prices are good and the service is excellent. There are very few times in the Drive-Thru that I have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. I usually also receive service with a smile ?.

The lady was rude, we ask for any icecream and she answered: this isn't a McDonalds we do not sell ice cream here! There were different ways she could have answered this she could've handled it a different way a better way.
