It ended alot later than we thought it would, I came into Tonys around 9:50 on a Tuesday he closed at 10 p.m. Yet he treated me and my wife with the best customer service I've seen in a while. Pizza was delicious and Tony is the nicest guy ever. We'll return again : thank you Tony
Came here on a whim with a friend. Darrell ran everything (pizza maker, cashier, etc. and was extremely welcoming and patient (we took a while to decide what we wanted . On display were 16 pizza options to buy as slices with more available to purchase as whole pies, to include specials. Had a slice of the Maggy (tomato and spinach and a slice of the Buffalo Chicken. Both were freshly made. Great crispy crust. Was very tempted to get a 3rd slice after. The vibe of Tony's is casual and cozy. It has an open-air feel with the door and the bay window shutters pushed back, despite the small interior. Music of choice is uncensored rap and R&B with the corresponding music videos playing on a small TV screen on the front wall. Will definitely return.
Had Hawaiian Pizza. It was the best ever. Steven greeted me with a smile and described all the available pizzas!
Stromboli was out of this world. Prices not bad for San Diego. On a personal note, all the music was uncut so it was cursing galore. This is not a bar, this is a restaurant. That is my only complaint.
Pretty damn good pizza. Lots of slice variety. Glad I walked in. I had a 'Brewski ' which is a basic pepperoni cheese slice with a generous amount of sausage and ricotta cheese on top.
