Cafe Rouge Esher

We celebrated my wife's birthday and the departure of our grandson to New Zealand, where he hopes to stay long. So mixed feelings this day.

We booked for a family brunch and were impressed by the menu range, although disappointed pancakes were from the menu. Good welcome, service was good. No special provision for children. Ours are good behavior, but this would have been an extra distraction before the food arrived. The waiting staff could adjust the menu to our wishes.

Cafe Rouge Esher is our restaurant to meet friends for lunch. The service is friendly and excellent and the food is always good. The French onion soup is delicious as many of the French dishes.

Chose Cafe Rouge uses my Tesco coupons. It was a pleasant experience with friendly service. The godfather was delicious. Disappointed that the tagine I chose was served in a bowl, not a day, but it was pretty. Will definitely return, but only because it is able to use the Tesco vouchers.

Busy, even on a Tuesday night. Friendly staff, but very busy, so had to catch their attention a couple of times. Good value and reliable.
