Jade Chinesisches Spezialitäten-Restaurant

Loved the vegetarian and egg noodles. the red sauce was good to have noodles. it is near the station 5 minutes to walk.

I stumbled over this place that went to foot in the opposite between the sheraton hotel and hauptbanhof about six years ago and came back every year. the food and service are excellent. the ambiente is not elevated, but authentic Chinese. Last year I was invited to dinner. by some Chinese friends and to my surprise they chose jade. apparently this is their favorite and have most of their meals here when they visit eating. the portions are to divide, that is the Chinese type of eating. I don't think they have a crying list, so if that's important, they might want to go somewhere else.

Visited jade last week with business colleagues and yes it was impressive! as regular visitors in hongkong and China we are always comprehensible when we order Chinese food in the country (especially if we are not in a China city) and prepared for disappointment. jade is something. outside the center and is located in an office area of eating and looks very easy from the outside. when entering it is surprisingly large in the side and we were welcomed by the employees. decorated traditional, but organized and neat. there was an extensive dim-sum menu, so we ordered 13 dishes between us. the food was quickly served as it should be and was really mouthwater! each and every dish was excellent as in hongkong. will definitely be visited again.

Many Chinese students recommended this restaurant because of its dim sums. on the official website it says that dim sums are available from 11 to 14 o'clock. we arrived at 17 o'clock, but the waitress told us that we can still order dim sums. so we have ordered a lot (10 dim sums). each court has a picture, so it is easier to order. the food is served quickly and all the dim sums are very tasty. my favorites are A7 (fried garnelen in rice pantry or in baked baked pastry) a30 (drilled aubergine with garnel pork with black soy sauce (4 pieces,) a42 (damped turtle with fine noodles (medium hot) and a 44 (taro cake with seasoned, ham and sesame). I wish I could try more dim sums, but my like didn't let me. we also ordered 3 main dishes, but they are just ok compared to the dim sums. the main courts offer more to local guests, I guess. at the end the owner even treated us a Chinese dessert, which was also delicious. the restaurant is located near the main railway station of eating. if they like authentic Chinese food, they should try dim sum here.

We had starters and main courses on a visit with friends. The restaurant is in a central location and is open for Sunday lunch. Unfortunately there were some problems: The waitress got the starter order wrong they thought one couple were sharing starters which...was not the case so by the time the starters had arrived for all, three of the group had moved on to main courses. One of the starters had to go back because it was not hot enough. Then when the bill came it included 30€ of food for another table. The food itself was ok, but the experience overall was not great.
