Capri Pizzeria & Bar-b-q Restrnt

I've been ordering from capri in essex for a long time and today I feel that it would be good. pizza came, brought it into the house and opened it to see a soggy chaos. they looked like they dropped a part of it. and the floor was so wet and soggy that I could hardly pick up a disc. not impressed! will order elsewhere.

I ordered for delivery to home and the employee on the phone was very polite. I ordered 2 rib dinner. the order came in good time, despite the roads were snowing. service was very good. Unfortunately, eating did not live the same standards as the service. the ribbed plate seemed a little small and was not very hot. the taste of the flesh was blanching. they do not seem very fresh they seemed to have been reheated and only poured up. fries was okay (so hotter had been) I was disappointed and doubted that I would try this restaurant again.

Pizza was smaller than expected and smells like someone smoked while he made it. the crust was thin and burned a little. on a positive note when we ordered a gluten-free pizza together with several ingredients, the guy on the phone let me know what. his ingredients gluten in them had. I've never had a pizza place, they'll tell me. I don't know I'm going back.

Never again will I waste my time or money with this place. Terrible service and product. Ordered a garden salad, what I received was a plastic clamshell with iceburg lettuce and maybe 3 little grated carrot pieces. When I said something to the very rude...employee she basically called me a scammer who wanted free food. What I wanted was a decent meal at a decent price. I was very insulted and angry with the attitude I was treated with. Much better placed in town to go.

This place never disappoints! Very good pizza amongst all the others in town. The California Fusion is so delicious and a great alternative for a weekday meal
