I’m deleting my app because of the managers behavior over the phone. They had one big order refusing to r as ke any other orders with a snarky laugh before hanging up on me
We have always had great service and fast delivery from this Domino’s location. The food always comes hot and ready to eat. Our order is always on point and accurate.
Domino's Customer CASE ID: 6733634. I live in an building for the disabled. I placed 2 orders recently and were very dissatisfied. The first order to be delivered was left on the bench outside, not brought to the apartment. The driver said he was afraid that the car would be stolen.I use a cane to move around and I am not very fast. It was difficult to go down to the lobby to get my order. The second order was left on the floor outside the door. He could not wait for me to answer the door! It was very hard to pick up 2 boxes while balancing on a cane. I paid for delivery and tipped well for it. Neither order was delivered properly. These people need ti understand that this is a handicapped people's building and mobility ii an issue. If I order again, I will not add the tip online but tip at the door. This way I can withhold the tip if service remains poor.
I have instructions on my profile to call when arriving, I received no call. I had to call the restaurant twice to see why my order hadn't arrived. I was told it was left outside, in the cold, for anyone to take. Again I received no call to let me know it arrived, I was standing out front waiting and the driver still just left it out back.
The delivery guy gave me a very hard time. He withheld our pizza while harassing me to give him a tip( something I do as much as I can. It made me feel belittled and disrespected.
