La Guinguette des Arts - Essoyes

We were undecided which restaurant to choose in Essoyes but we certainly made the right choice to eat here. I ordered the ‘gizzards salad’ and my husband chose the beef and beer stew. Both dishes were lovely and served in a timely manner. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and it was a pleasure to sit and enjoy a lovely casual lunch in a very quiet town.

The Food is awesome! And the waitres is verry polite! There is nothing more to say. We had a nice evening

Not as expensive as the restaurant across the river (Les Berges de l’Ource) but then not as tasty. Nice food though at a very good price. Don’t expect smiles from the waitress but she does warm up as the meal progresses.

The perfect location on a sunny day. Along the banks of the river you can eat or have a very nice cup of tea. Hostess was humorous!

Un menu à 18,5 € avec des escargots en entrée. Ils étaient cachés au fond des coquilles, pas très gros mais bon. Dommage que les frites ne soient pas maison et qu'on ne puisse pas choisir les légumes d'accompagnement. Buffet de dessert assez fourni et variés. Un bon moment mais pas inoubliable, il y a une marge d'amélioration.
