Figaro's Pizza - Estacada

I have never been more unsatisfied with service than tonight. I have been coming here for years and have always had good quality service. I asked for a thin crust, well done, as I always do, and I got regular crust not well done. I call to let them know of the error and the young lady I spoke to pretty much told me they would credit me $5 (corporate policy ? or remake the pizza and pick up in another hour after I already waited an hour. I asked for delivery and she proceeded to tell me it would be a $4 delivery charge. Seriously! I ask for a manager and the manager Taylor is unavailable. I decide to pick up the pizza and the lady at the counter proceeds to tell me that the pizza was ordered regular crust. My patience is running thin and proceed to tell her I always order thin crust well done and repeated multiple times to the gentleman that took my order thin crust. Anyway, I get my remade pizza and I check to see if it?s correct and it?s thin, but doughy and not well done! I show the cashier and she agrees it?s not well done. At this point I ask for a full refund. I understand businesses are short staffed, end of the school year and it?s a Friday night, however, I just paid $50 for pizza, made me wait another hour, just to screw it up again. Horrible customer service!

Always fun, friendly. Quick to get your food. I love the bone in wings with ranch. Yumm.

Great food, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Phones sometimes do not work, had problems with them do a busy tone then hang up, but online order works super and go in person. The delivery is also good.

A quick and easy dinner with many options for the whole family like pizzas, calzones, chicken wings, bread sticks, salad... Your online menu and order option is easy to use and facilitates collection in busy nights. Not much parking, so stay there before your order is ready or have it delivered.

I just pulled out of Arizona and never had a pizza as delicious as Figaro. I ordered a pepper and sausage thin crust and toasty. I'm definitely back. Thank you.
