We spent a night and a dinner in this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the kitchen is worth a visit! I ate an excellent gravlax salmon as well as a very good and very carbide. The dishes are homemade and it feels! If I could've put five stars in the kitchen, I would've done it. I recommend.
Good reception and very good cuisine. Excellent reddish and succulent lamb ribs. Fresh and balanced support and seasoning. Small special note in Pastis Gascon, with a delicious ice cream with Armagnac plum. Thank you to the chief and department for this good time.
We were a tab of 5 adults and a young child. The staff and managers were very nice, the place is very well appointed and decorated, we feel really comfortable there, as at home. The dishes and desserts were excellent. Anyway, we all had a very good time and had a very good dinner. To be recommended!
Hôtel Restaurant Les Cimes : Stop your taste buds. A good welcome and a very good kitchen. Grilled lamb ribs: succulent Les Tortelli mozzarella pesto rosso sauce: delicious And desserts: a feast to savour for Pastis Gascon, and its delicious Armagnac plum ice cream and chocolate sorbet and apricot sorbet. Very good value for money So if in one valley, restaurants refuse customers for X reasons (not valid) make a crochet hook to eat at Les Cimes restaurant. You will be pleasantly surprised
