La Piccola Napoli - Estepona

Started by ordering two glasses of prosecco, which was served from an already open bottle. the bottle did not look like a Prosecco bottle and what was served had no fizz. no excuse and waitress didn't seem to notice. I chose the...linguine frutti de mer (seafood pasta). where to start the pasta was more than al dente passed on hardly cooked. the seafood consisted of otopus slices (not calamari), whose muddles were not all open, a single garnel that looked so annoying on the plate was an insult to say it was part of the plate. now the highlight of the meal had to be the addition, and I took the tweeping that had still the vinegar. my sister-in-law had the Lachs-Tagliatelle, who had again the underlying pasta. the rest of the plate was simply fit. read the other comments I am flabbergasted to read from the Rave reviews. terrible and will not return.

Excellent friendly service, good eating, cheap wine. anna the waitress was helpful to recommend and describe the dishes and other restaurants in the environment.

We live in estepona and have tried many of the restaurants in the city port. we recently noticed this restaurant and it only opened weeks ago. the hotel is located near supercor, parking can be unpleasant so it in. to leave free parking in the west of the harbour. we were greeted by the charming workers on a cold wet marching evening. the interior was pleasant with street scenes on the wall. we had a glass cava and a bottle of my favourite beer peroni. we decided to share a bruschetta that was great and tasty. for the main course my wife had the pasta with gorgonzola broccoli that she said was excellent. my test for an Italian restaurant is the lasagne that was amazing (and less than euro! the total bill was below euro. the staff was efficient and well maintained. I think the owner is the cook that speaks only Italian. his wife timea, speaks seven languages (hopefully also Italian) so communication should be easy. we returned a week later and back, everything was great. they really have to try this place and let them know the world if they agree with us. enjoy their meal.
