Mcdonald's - Estero

I often find the staff rude when taking my order, and my complete order is rarely fulfilled. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3-star rating is because there's an older woman who works the early morning shift; she is incredibly efficient and polite.

The service was absolutely dreadful. After using the kiosk, which had a malfunctioning card reader, we had to call over an employee who had a really poor attitude. This same employee then yelled at us impatiently to pick up our food, all while being on a video chat with family. She didn’t communicate with any customers; instead, she just shouted out order numbers repeatedly. I can’t believe she might be in a management position. On a positive note, the fries were hot and fresh, but the chicken sandwich was disappointingly dry, and there was barely a teaspoon of mayo on it. My teenager wanted to eat here, otherwise, I would have skipped it entirely, and I intend to do so in the future. Honestly, such rude and unprofessional service doesn’t deserve the hourly wage being advertised outside, which goes up to $21/hour.

Kylie took my order and everything came out so hot and timely!! I even went back for ice cream afterwards. This employee is fantastic and deserves a raise!!

I received my food quickly and without any issues, but I noticed that I didn't get any salt, pepper, or ketchup with my meal. The soda from the dispenser didn't taste good at all, which seems to be pretty common in the US. Honestly, I would prefer to stay hungry than eat here again.
