Contribuisci feedbackI hate to say I don't like this Panera location. I don't care about the personal. I know that people make mistakes, but the same order to screw twice, that is ineffective. the place is dirty and it is unpleasant to eat in the dirty environment.
Serious customer service from the guy and girl taking out! I ordered several items for picking up for my employees and I on 9/2 in the early afternoon. I came and picked up my food, came to my car, opened the bag to make sure everything was in there, and I miss a product of mine they pick 2 . I told the guy that my grilled cheese was not in the bag. they insisted that it was in a separate pocket in the order. So I went back to my car to check. not yet in the bag. I went back, told them it was definitely missed. the guy looked at me as if I was lying and gave me a job. I said I just wanted the grilled one I ordered, and he and the girl through the window always said they put him in the bag. So I asked if they wanted me to bring the bag back to the inner, so they could see him looking at me and said yes. I said, do you mean that seriously? I have the bag. I didn't show them a grilled one, and after I looked at him for the 4th time, I saw that they also forgot my side. second by the things they have forgotten. they gave me my food and didn't even apologize. they insisted that I was lying all the time over a grilled cheese and chips, as if I wanted to eat. that was the worst customer service I've ever found here, and no one excuse came in me, they just gave me food and looked at me as if they were happy that I left. I will not return to this place. these people should not be in customer service, no matter what.
Food quality was moderate. the personal was not particularly good. the lady who took our order was in order, but the man behind the counter was rude. my mother was with me and went to the counter to ask for another piece of bread, but never really to ask because she was ignored for a few minutes before she gave up. I went up a few minutes later and just wondered without I acknowledged. I said it wasn't a hurry, only if they got a chance. he said something I didn't understand, then he took a piece of bread and ripped it on the counter. Nothing to cover the brot, only his dirty theke and no recognition from me, he wouldn't even look at me. Maybe it's bad to ask for more brot now, but he could have just said they didn't do that anymore. Instead, he was rude and unhygienic, so we will probably not be almost completely back because of him.
7/16/2022 I am a long time panera brot customer and do as their food. but today I had a shameful experience in their coconut point, estero fl store. I placed my order and sat on a table. When my summer went out that my food was ready, I went to the counter. When I arrived at the theke, my eating was the only eating on the whole theke, and there was a person standing before him and blocking my access to the food. I tried to reach it, but could not come by the person to reach it. she turned around and looked at me and then turned her back to me without moving and responding to any wise. I said in a normal voice that I wanted to get my food. she (meghan turned out to be the manager) gave me a dirty look and pushed my food over the counter who knocked the sandwich off the plate. then I asked her if I could get a few things that blocked her. she almost threw them over the counter. I told her I didn't understand her rude behavior and she cried that it is, I'm calling the security. the security came to my table and said I must go. I told him what happened, and he said he understood and suggested that I let Panera companies know what happened. I asked for a refund for my meal and meghan said this will not happen. I asked to take boxes to take my meal and she gave me a dirty box. I collected my food and went. She cried out on the way out of the door that her name was meghan and to make sure I wrote it right. as a human, let alone a hired person, I would apologize to anyone I was unintentionally standing on that. I can't understand how someone can keep a job with such behavior. I see the remarks that it seems to be a common event at this place. good food. reasonable prices. incredibly terrible customer service!
The cashier was very rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could sub out a certain bread on my sandwich. Then as I was waiting for my food, I peaked at the worker (with a uncovered long beard) preparing it hit his vaporizer. Distgusting!
