I'm all about paying for a good meal, but that wasn't where close to me. ordered prime rib and the server informed me that they only have at the weekend prime. no, where the restaurant menu or tell online, there were restrictions or specialties at days time. the wings instead, because steak decisions were not what I like, they were far over boiled and dry and came without a dipping sauce. also the crab and shrimp knower. bleeds badly and tastes worse! server was terrible! asked, waited not for an answer before she left. did not realize that I did not eat my suppe, she was kind of like a robot, but has informed us that the owner has over a million dollars in art at the walls. wow, that is important, eating is ****! so many choices for great eating and that is close to the lower side of the list!
Great atmosphere. great service. our server david, expected our needs. best lachsentren in estero. bubble brot is incredibly delicious. we will definitely return soon!

Had a wonderful meal in the saloon. that was delicious. the service needs some improvement. most employees seem new; give them a chance under the new gm.
The quality of the steaks was not good. They were not cooked to our specifications and even at the discounted price being offered was not worth it. The only good part of the meal was the shrimp cocktail and the desert. This was a bad experience and would not return. The Culinary Concepts organization should have done a much better job. Went to the Saloon prior to going to the BBMann Perfforming Arts for a concert. We all thought that the quality of the food was below Texas Roadhouse.
