Moe's Southwest Grill Coconut Point

If you haven?t been to this exact Moes you?re missing out. The quality of food and staff are superb and one of the best that I?ve come a crossed. The manager Shayne is very kind and runs a great crew of staff, this particular restaurant is alwaysstaffed well and very clean unlike other ones in the area. This is a great alternative to a tex mex Fast casual dining

During our visit, the staff did not smile and there was no welcome from Moe's. When we asked why, we were informed that they were on strike. The tables were dirty with food on the floors, seats, and tables. This was disappointing as we used to be regular customers. Another couple arrived after us, inquired about the dirty tables, and ultimately decided to leave. Although we enjoy the food, we will not be returning.

We ordered catering from this restaurant for a party of 105 people today and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was punctual, the price was fair, and they provided everything we needed. The food was fresh and hot, and everyone loved the lunch. I was very impressed with how Moe's handled the catering from start to finish. We will definitely use them again and I may even consider them for kids' parties in the future.

As time progresses, it is increasingly rare to encounter truly genuine and heartfelt smiles. However, at this restaurant, we were met with just that. Lauren greeted us with enthusiasm and a radiant smile that had the ability to instantly uplift our spirits. Not only did she ensure our dining experience was enjoyable, but she also went out of her way to offer seating suggestions. Thank you, Lauren, for your exceptional service and for going above and beyond to make our time at your restaurant special. Semper Fi.

2 stars because the Queso is really good. I went to pick up and online order. I was acknowledge about 10 mins after being inside. You have to pick up your food at the register and not at the sign that says Pick Up . I ordered a stack and includedthe spicy chicken since that 's a limited item. My order didn 't have any chicken in it besides maybe one or two chunks so I can 'treally say if its good or not. My order was HEAVY on the Pico though which would have been fine if I wasn 't expecting chicken.
