Jimmy John's - ESTES PARK

Understaffed. Guilted my dad into giving a $9 tip. Didn’t even get the food we asked for even after we verified with the cashier that it was ours. Overheard that it may take almost an hour for someone to get their food, but luckily we didn’t have to wait that long.Worst fast food experience ever.

The people working here are incredible. Always calm, even when they’re incredibly busy and people are being rude. The staff makes the place amazing. Also, they’re super consistent. Cheers to the great people working at this location!

We ordered three subs. All of them were wrong. The bacon was not cooked, the Turkey smelled old and only had one slice for the whole sub. The lady in the drive thru window was completely rude. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. Rip off!

3 stars for clean facility and friendly staff. Sandwich and Coke both sucked. Sandwich was cold and tasted like it was made hours prior and just kept in the refrigerator, something was wrong with coke flavor but mY fault for not tasting it before I left. Hungry, back at my motel took to bites and 2 sips then threw it in the trash. Waste of money.

This JJ location has very generous sandwich served! During my stay in Estes Park, I came here for takeout twice. The tuna melt along with roast beef added was HUGE! It is fresh and delicious. Staff are very warm and friendly. I had my other takeout in Denver urban area and realize you just can’t beat Estes Park’s JJ in anywhere else.
