We were looking for a good lunch spot with options for omnivores and kids, and this was wonderful. Flavorful Impossible burger with all the toppings, and crunchy fries. They have a pretty simple menu, so don’t expect anything else. The decorations showcase photographs of early Estes Park and a huge collection of Coca-cola memorabilia.
Penelope 's has an Impossible burger with fries, and although it was not the best burger I 've eaten, it was something to fill us up when we were looking for lunch. If you 've had an Impossible burger from any restaurant that 's not fully vegan or necessarily vegan-friendly , then you 've had an Impossible burger from Penelope 's.
Sick impossible burger and fry. A good place after an alpine climb
The impossible burger was decent, but the fries were a bit undercooked. However, I felt unwell after eating and not sure why.
