Although I understand that mistakes can happen, this entire experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the nearly $50 I spent. On a positive note, the salad and footlong sub that we ordered were delicious. It seemed that the woman who prepared them went above and beyond to make up for the initial mistakes by adding generous amounts of toppings. Despite this, I would not recommend ordering online from this restaurant as it seems they do not pay attention to customer requests. It may be better to order in person at the store instead.

I had a mobile order and it was messed up. Both of the employees working were extremely rude. They also tried to charge me for a remake. Meal type: Lunch.
Today I tried the sweet chicken teriyaki sandwich at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the meat did not seem fresh. The chicken was not tender and juicy, but rather dry and it was obvious that it had been reheated at least once.
