They couldn't deliver my order but they charged my credit card before they realized they couldn't deliver.
Order a pizza using the free pizzas coupon on the app. Ofc nothing in life is free you have to pay for the toppings, so i paid for extra feta cheese yet when i open my box there was one little crumble. I Also realized the tracker is completely automated, i walked in to pick up and i saw the one worker making 3 pizzas by herself then pull a long set of receipts off of the machine and read it saying “ Give me 2-3 minutes “ i had no problem waiting and at no fault of the store can they control this automated tracker , but why have one if it doesn’t accurately show when the pizzas are at each step. Just give an ETA like other places
Had a coupon for a free pizza.Made my order and watched it in the tracker go from prepping, to baking, to quality check, to ready to pick up.I drive up to get my pizza and was told they never made it and don’t plan on making it because it was a coupon.Dominoes doesn’t accept dominoes coupons?So what was i looking at being made on the tracker?Pretty pathetic, I wouldn’t be to bothered if they just canceled my order but nope they pretended to make it, and then told me I'm not getting anything when I got there.I didn’t even have the option to pay full price for the pizza cuz it wasn’t even made apparently.
The lady who took the phone orders couldn't understand and purposely tried to upsell me would not let me speak while she tried to shove other things down my throat and then had a sense of entitlement as she tried to tell me about the specials and then when I tried to understand her she proceeded once again over talk me and then by the time we got done with this 10 minute order it came to $53 cuz she didn't apply the specials and then goes oh we were doing this and I was like no we were switching specials like I told you I got nothing against it but if you're going to answer the phone at least be able to have a complete conversation in English and understand what's being told she was very entitled about the whole process and unable to do her job properly and wouldn't do what I asked her in terms of switching the specials
