Contribuisci feedbackI've placed a delivery order twice in the last 3 days bc I'm at work and unable to leave, only to be called and told they don't have delivery drivers and can't deliver the food. But, we can't order with door dash, grubhub, etc bc Jimmy John's has their own drivers, and yet they don't.
Multiple times I have ordered from this location when I'm at work only to have my order cancelled because they do not have a driver to deliver. Normally it's no big deal, however today after it was cancelled for lack of driver availability, I attempted to use door dash. Jimmy John's then called back and said the owner doesn't allow door dash because they have their own drivers. I don't know what issue the owner and door dash have, but now there are two full orders that will have to be refunded because they were charged and cancelled.
Came to get a sandwich because I was craving JJ.. worker inside locked the door before I could open it then wouldn’t let me in. Wasn’t even on break because she immediately started cleaning up behind the counter. Never coming back.
I give it no stars! The so called manager is a piece of work. He will cuss at his customers and yell at you to leave. I don’t know why anyone in their right mind would hire him for such a position! What’s funny is I’m not only bad reviews stating the same! If jimmy wants to hold up to its values you need fire him and put someone that actually has experience customer service in that position! Also never got my delivery and manager refused to show me he would cancel it! Had to dispute it with my bank!
I don't even have the energy to write a full review of how absolutely horrible the customer service and management are here. They charged me for a delivery that they never delivered. I still, two months later, have yet to get my money back! I went through hoops hurdles and extremely horrible phone treatment only to become too exhausted, to continue to fight for $20. It is not even about the money, it's the principle. I paid for something I never received. They confirmed I never received it and the delivery was canceled, but refused to reimburse me or even offer a replacement. I contacted corporate, who only refers you back to the store to go through the same hoops and hurdles. I use to order lunch to my store, a couple times a week, because I did really enjoy the food. Now however, I will never, under any circumstance, give this company another hard earned, under appreciated dollar. Consumer beware....
