Placed a mobile order for pick up. Got there and it was total chaos. So many workers tripping over each other. Lobby full of customers. I had to ask about my mobile order twice (still waiting). Manager hears gets them in gear. I get my order. Get home and they forgot my 2 sides. Called manager and got a credit for 2 sides next time I come in. Chicken was delicious

The food at this place has no competition, but I think that employees should have sanitary hygiene measures such as hair and mouth covers, since they are working with food and drinks that someone else is going to consume.

Purchased a family meal for $34.23. Just got home noticed we didn't get our order of macaroni. I called the store...no answer. It's only a few dollars, but I want what I paid for?

I placed an order for Ghost Pepper Wings and Mac Cheese via DoorDash. They sent me the wrong food. Then, I replaced my original order and they canceled my order! Beware they really are pathetic!!!!! Eat elsewhere. And the manager answered when I called and could nearly speak English. Beware!!!!! They are the worst!
