Pizza Casa Luigi - Esztergom

Luigi's pizzeria in Esztergom is a disaster! It's not enough that the young lady at the reception is as dark as the world war, but what's more, she doesn't even know what the order was 10 minutes ago (I'm telling you that there was no traffic, because the cook guy was peacefully wiping down the counter and the couriers were still scrambling)! The other half has to wait outside for the order, but because of the ready-made pizza, it's a luxury to come out! Another thing that I don't understand apart from these, since when can you smoke indoors next to the kitchen???? Because I think electric cigarettes are also classified as such!!! Despite this, the little girl at the reception and the young courier girl sucked it in with love! Now I understand why only staff can be inside I find this to be below criticism and I hope they run into a nasty inspection in the near future! The rubbish that has been swept up on the ground, which has been kicked apart and is simply ripped off well, until now this was my favorite place, I ordered from here every weekend for 6 years and went here, but it has changed since then, I can only regret that it has become such a dirty place

Nice service, cozy place, but contrary to the photos, there is no place to sit, the pizza was ready quickly, but unfortunately the tomato sauce tasted like ketchup, the pizza itself was dripping with oil. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I have ordered from here before, there was no problem, but this time the order delivered late (which I understand if there is a lot of traffic) was incomplete, and the replacement arrived quite late, after several phone calls the courier was still on the way, although it took 10 minutes I'm walking distance from the restaurant. I returned the food I ordered, the money was returned as a result of consumer protection threats, but first it was almost 500 less, if I didn't count it, it wouldn't have been good either. The store manager was fine, but my appetite was gone. Never again from here.
