Magoo's Gourmet Hamburgers and Ice Cream

I recently ordered from Magoo's through Skip the Dishes. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete when it arrived. The delivery driver was friendly and tried to help, but when we contacted the restaurant to inquire about the missing items, they accused the driver of lying and dismissed our concerns. The manager, who I believe is named Paul Facto, refused to speak to us and provided no apology. The way we were treated was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to Magoo's in the future. The lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by Declan, the employee with whom we spoke, was disappointing. I hope nobody else has to experience the same level of disrespect.

Magoo 's is pure heaven for burgers and fries and ice cream. It is really a real place, fresh, made to order, super spices and remarkable people. They take care of you and make sure you are satisfied with your food that everything is made according to your taste. Equally impressive is that every food product is super fresh and you can say that in your first bite. The taste is amazing and it makes the other Burger joints just that joints. If you love Burger and Pommes, you have to go to Magoos the authentic Burger Heaven. Tell them Uncle George sent you.

Been stay in Etobicoke a few times a year for 30 years and thought I knew all the best places. On Thursday Magoos visited a was really amazed. A big burger and pommes. Will be on my list every time in town.

We passed yesterday for Hamburger, Pommes and Chocolate Milkshake. I have to say we've been here from time to time in the last 20 years, so I knew it when it was pretty good. Never the best hamburgers in the world, but it was OK. Very disappointed in yesterday Burger... nothing special! The bungalow was and was always bad, but it seemed worse yesterday. The shining star for me was always the milkshake... but it seemed just watery and not the same.. The owners must clean this place, paint or do something, it's just shady and outdated.. What was okay 20 years ago does not seem to cut (for me). Too many good Hamburger spots to dinate without looking forward to one and then it's just like that. The Pommes were also OK.

We arrived at a convenient time when the restaurant wasn't too crowded. We ordered our hamburgers and fries, then found a table to wait. The burgers are made with fresh ingredients and the toppings were also fresh. The fries were made to order, so they were hot and crispy. The restaurant was simple, but very clean. Our burgers and fries were cooked perfectly and were delicious. I would highly recommend this place.
