I have never been to a Panera before, Adriana was so kind and helped me navigate the menu and brought all my food to me! I will definitely return to Panera. My food is delicious and my iced chocolate mocha drink sitch is fantastic.
I really like the Frontega chicken sandwich, but this location did an absolutely horrible job at it. The chicken was chewy, the tomatoes were not nearly ripe, and the bread was fair at best. I was also surprised that they are now charging for chips. I haven't seen that in the US. I like Panera, but this one definitely doesn't meet what I expect from the brand. The McDonald's next door would be a better choice... and I'm not a McDonald's fan.
Not pleased. The place looks dirty. Sat in a booth and the space between seat and back was full of crumbs. The seat was worn and torn. The carpet shows spills and gum stuck to floor. The washroom smells and no hand paper plus the floors were filthy. As for food they gave me the wrong food. Had no clean cups for my coffee. The coffee container was empty and then also the creamer. This place is in great need of upgrades in many ways.Yuck.Vegetarian options: NoKid-friendliness: OkParking: Plenty
Panera here is nothing like the U.S. The food was overpriced for the quality and quantity. My Buffalo chicken melt sandwich barely had any chicken in it. The French onion soup had too much half-cooked onion and had fresh-cut bread inside instead of soaked bread.
This was our first time at Panera Bread. Our experience was lackluster. We ordered and split a Large BBQ Chicken Sandwich and opted for a bag of chips (opposed to a choice of apple or more bread). We also ordered two bottomless coffees. Our total bill came to $20, which to us seemed like a lot for a sandwich, bag of chips, and two drip coffees. For food value, we felt like the meal came up short. Also, this sandwich had cheese on it, which was not noted on the board a surprise welcomed by cheese lovers but not by the lactose intolerant. We did enjoy the fact that this is the kind of restaurant where you get left alone. If you are a new mom, senior, or student, this is the kind of local where you can spend countless hours reading or relaxing with a cup of coffee and just go about your business without being bothered by staff. There is an ample amount of seating where you can sit, work or just relax. The ebb and flow of customers is slow and steady, and customers are not pressured to leave. I can't tell if it's because that's the restaurant's vibe or if no one actually cares that you are there. It is reminiscent of the coffee houses of the 1990s.Lastly, there was an alarm that went off near the front door for over an hour. It is just ridiculous to expect staff and customers to listen to this horrible noise. If the security system isn't working, just turn it off or call someone to repair it. To avoid it, grab seating opposite the front door.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options are not clearly marked. No alternatives to dairy offered for coffee.
