Pizza Nova - Etobicoke

Good Pizza , but not good way to keep pizza Warm for pickup.

This review is based on the last order from this location.Pepperoni pizza was fantastic, fresh, hot, full of toppings, cheesy and saucy.The location seems hit and miss depending on who is working at the time. The female and younger employees make better pizzas which seem to rise and cook properly with a normal amount of toppings. I’ve ordered here 20+ times since they opened and can tell when the pizza will be good based on who greets me during pickup. I noticed that the older men working there skimp out on the toppings and their pizza tends to be dry and brunt, not sure if it’s cause they don’t care or perhaps they don’t know how to make it the Pizza Nova way.

Late night snack at Pizza Nova ?! It was delicious! Medium pepperoni with thick crust, well done. Pick up special for $10.49. Pizza was just the way I like it. Friendly service and clean restaurant. I will be back!

My family members went into the store and the young lady was completely disengaged, trash cans were over flowing and the cafe was a mess. Pizza wasnt heated long enough. We havent been this disappointed with this location before.

Ordered pizza with dipping. Didn’t receive my dipping and one of the staffs said he can’t do anything. Wow. Poor customer service.
