The food was bland and lacked flavor. My husband ordered a dish with tilapia fillet that appeared to be frozen and pressed, not fresh. It was a letdown. Even supermarket frozen fish would have been better. My shrimp and grilled scallops were also underwhelming. The scallops tasted boiled rather than grilled, and were not enjoyable. The pasta dishes my kids had were greasy and almost inedible. We felt that we wasted our money on subpar food. While seafood is usually pricey, the quality at Red Lobster was not worth it. We will not be returning to this restaurant. It's a shame.
On Monday, we went to this restaurant to celebrate a belated Mother's Day and birthday. Our waitress was incredibly kind and personable. While I cannot recall her name, I do remember from our conversation that she was Jamaican. She provided excellent service, was efficient, and offered great recommendations.
We had a great experience at the restaurant with priority seating and excellent service. We enjoyed sharing two plank meals, and the stuffed mushrooms were perfect.
We always go to this location. Service is always very good. Food is always tasty, well-prepared and presented nicely. Lots of options. Some favourites are the seafood-stuffed mushrooms, the clam chowder and the garlic shrimp. Always good for a special occasion. Will definitely return and most definitely recommend.
We had to wait 20+ minutes to be seated. And although our waitress was trying her best, she still messed up our orders about 4 different times.
