Starbucks - Etobicoke

I ordered a frappuccino and a hot drink at this restaurant. The hot drink was served first, but I noticed they had set aside my frappuccino and continued making other hot beverage orders. After they had completed 5 orders, I had to remind them to make my drink. The 3 baristas responsible for making drinks seemed unenthusiastic about it. When I finally received my drink, it was supposed to be caramel, but it was completely white. I had to ask for them to remake it. Overall, the service was unorganized and the staff may not have been well-trained.

The main issue with this restaurant is that it is always understaffed, with only one person working at any given time. The owners show little respect for the long lines of waiting customers and often operate on their own schedule, making it difficult to know if they will be open or not.

I went to this Starbucks location after getting my booster shot and was surprised to find out that my order was incorrect after I had already left. The server not only corrected my order from a chai to a coffee drink, but also only charged me $15 for two drinks (a latte and a white hot chocolate with peppermint). I was shocked that the total was only $15 as these two drinks could have easily cost more.

Went to this SB location after my Booster shot and was out of him to realize that he somehow got the order wrong until I was already a gone. the server not only managed to change my chat into a coffee drink, I was somehow calculated $15 for two drinks (which he grounded plus a white hot chocolate with peppermint.) as these two could have added up to $15, is beyond me!

I came to Starbucks yesterday afternoon around 4 pm first the girl didn’t even acknowledge me, she was sitting on a milk crate on her phone for a good 5 minutes I had to say hi to get her attention which she responded by rolling her eyes. She was super rude to me when she took my order, she did not seem to be paying attention at all. I had payed cash she gave me the wrong change back I had to tell her to give me my change. I then waited another 10 minutes to make my drink, all I had ordered was a grande pike with almond milk, I saw her put in regular milk and I’m deathly allergic to milk, good thing I caught her otherwise I would have ended up in the hospital! I just threw out the coffee this made my Starbucks experience horrible...I come here sometimes and I know it was asma who served me.
