After sitting it took 18 minutes before our server came for our order. Not her fault, how clear this restaurant suffers... for lack of personnel. A server mocks the whole place ridiculously. After another 18-20 minutes our dinners arrived. No problem with food quality. No one came to our table to ask if we wanted something else. I asked an employee if I could get another coffee. After another 10 minutes. No coffee yet. We renounced our server and asked for our bill that the only thing that quickly came I know that this rest is probably a franchising company, but regardless of it there are too many other as well as good restaurants to choose from, today's service will definitely be our last visit to these particular companies. Why harass the opening of all your dinning area if you don't have personnel. K.M.
Last Thursday, lunch with 5 other friends went here. We were told that the chicken was not ready and would be at least 30 minutes. Now that's a chicken stall so you think the chicken would be ready for lunch. So...left. Last post I ordered a wine, guess what I ordered. Who's here?
The person on the front warned us that there was only one server. One server was exceptional. She didn't complain, but everything ran from table to table and got the order close enough (I asked for extra sour cream that I didn't...get). I think the kitchen staff helped. Get teamwork and great work. The food was hot and the chicken wasn't dry. Thank you.
I had a disappointing experience with a takeout order from this restaurant. The fries were cold and the lettuce was missing spices. When I called their customer service line, they were unhelpful and only offered a small refund, insisting that I come back to the restaurant to pick up the correct order. However, the manager on duty, Joe, took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but Joe's professionalism and attentiveness turned a negative experience into a positive one. I recommend speaking directly with the location manager if you encounter any issues. Thank you, Joe, for your outstanding customer service!
I arrived at the restaurant right after work, around 4pm. I ordered a Double leg dinner combo and 5 wings, but almost 30 minutes later I still hadn't received my order. I had to ask the cashier how long it would take, and she informed me that they were out of dark meat at the moment. It would have been helpful if they had told me this when I placed my order instead of making me wait. Finally, I received my order and was offered a free drink for the inconvenience. The cashier mentioned something about Covid making things difficult, but I don't understand what not having dark meat has to do with Covid. It seems like people are using Covid as an excuse for their employees' lack of effort. If I had ordered this through UberEats or Skip, I would have had to wait over an hour for sure.
