Contribuisci feedbackThe most slowest drive thru ever. I waited for around 15 mins just to get through the whole thing. The cars were lined up. The food always tastes like it’s burnt, even though it’s not. Not sure why.

I love this Hortons as it is right across the street and I find the staff friendly and efficient. However, sometimes the cofffee tastes like it has been watered down. I ordered 3 yesterday and threw all of them out. Literally tasted like creamy sugar water. Not the first time either. Drove to another location to get actual coffee.
Normally, the morning crew at this location is on the ball, exemplary and quick.This morning, however, in addition to a longer line-up in the drive-thru as usual, the drive-thru attendant was confused and had to ask what our order was (1st red flag)We received our order, only to find out 10min later that it was missing an item.A call was placed to this location and it was the same drive-thru attendant that answered.When she was informed that we had an item missing, she proceeded to make excuses and then BLAMED us for driving away with an incomplete order.Additionally, when called out on her excuses, she proceeded to make MORE excuses and again BLAMING US for calling and informing her that an item was missing, saying that's why she was being defensive.Bear in mind that, at no point, did she inform us that the order was not complete prior to us driving away.She then spent 10min arguing on the phone.This location has been our go-to, practically EVERY DAY for at least the past 6months and the regular morning crew have been fantastic.Today, not so much.
It happens but I got the wrong coffee through the drive through. Great staff and people
