Tim Hortons - Etobicoke

I frequent the Tim Hortons coffee shop every morning, and I must commend Adella Team for their exceptional and swift service. Their efficiency and friendliness have truly enhanced my experience, making it a delightful start to my day.

Today Tuesday September 5 at around 5-5:30 pm, I went to Sherway garden's timhortons and after purchasing drinks (bottle), my 5 year old wanted to drink it of a cup.I went to ask for a small empty cup and the girl said that I had to pay, I asked for the manager and after they were talking in some foreign language. The manager said to me tha I had to pay 10 cents. I told her that I had purchased the drink from there and my son wants to drink it of a cup and I don't have any change on me, she still said that I had to pay.So not Canadian!!PS. I had to go to McDonald to ask for a cup, and they gave me, so Please management training and teaching your employees not to talk foreign languages and be more considerable of kids!!

The employee JP gave amazing customer service.I accidently dropped my lemonade on the counter and he showed no signs of anger, and gave me a new one with a big smile! Thank you.

Very nice customer service!!! The workers always smile, food quality is good, service is fast. Definitely highly recommend!
