Our recent experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We ordered the Magret de canard and red chicken curry for takeout, and were disappointed to find that both dishes were heavy and lacked meaningful vegetables. There was an abundance of meat in both dishes, to the point where the plates were dominated by large pieces of meat with little else to accompany them. This left us feeling unsatisfied and we both left our meals half-eaten. It appears that many others have also noticed the lack of vegetables at Bois Savanes. Despite enjoying the service and ambiance in the past, it's a shame that the restaurant doesn't seem to take notice of this feedback. While the food was decent, the restaurant is in a competitive area and could benefit from offering a wider variety of choices.

This restaurant is really nice, with a small and beautifully designed interior. It's the perfect spot for couples, given the number of pairs dining there. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. The menu is available in both French and English, and despite having only one waiter, the service is still quick. They even offer takeaway options.

The latest Thai to add itself to the Schuman area; this little joint offers a very nice business lunch, quick service, and some decent lunchtime grub. I've tried a few of the Thai curries, some of the soups and the odd fried bits and pieces. Generally satisfying, I'd recommend for lunch but might not go as far as saying you should head over for dinner or a weekend treat. Good yes, but not a challenger to some of the more household names in town. Look and feel is correct considering this use to be a sandwich bar, so they've done a reasonably good job converting the place into something decent. Service is passable, and one can forgive that considering the lunchtime rush (in fact you'll probably need to book to make sure you get a table). Pricing is also very reasonable, with a business lunch (starters and main) and drinks for no more than 20 euros. Oh, and if you like things with a bit of a bite, they will spice it up if you ask.
