They seem to have more vegan pastries nowadays, for example a cinnamon roll and a muffin. I just had the vegan tortillon and a café latte with oat milk. Service was a bit slow.
I sampled several dishes from this restaurant, including through their home delivery service. The menu clearly identifies all vegan options available. While most dishes were not particularly remarkable, I particularly enjoyed the coral lentil stew and pot au feu, as they were both deliciously filling and comforting.
Similar to other Le Pain Quotidiens in Belgium, this location features a selection of vegan dishes on the menu that are clearly labeled. We tried the vegan gardener's lunch, a tasty toast topped with hummus, zucchinis, and pesto. The restaurant was roomy and served as a convenient option for vegans in the area. However, the service was mediocre - not necessarily unfriendly, but lacking in warmth.
This is a wonderful restaurant; it's likely busy during lunchtime but was very peaceful when I visited around 2:30pm. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to dine in, but what really made my day was the RICEMILKEASTERBUNNIES at LPQ! (plus, they're organic)
