The staff member refused to accept my $100 bill, claiming it might be fake, so I had to go back to my car to get smaller bills. To make matters worse, he never gave me my drinks, and I had to remind him about them. I wouldn't recommend going here; it was a waste of money and time.
I appreciate that these establishments often hire younger staff, but it's crucial to train them in customer service. There comes a point where poor service will deter customers from returning. The young lady at the drive-thru was completely silent; she didn't confirm our order or say anything about our food. This should never happen in a customer-facing role, and because of this experience, we won't be returning. Additionally, they forgot the syrup we paid extra for, which we could have overlooked if the service had been better. I recommend choosing a different place if possible, as this one simply isn't worth it.
I'd look through your whole life through the drive - through this mcdonald. came to the breakfast and I know they were open. I sat there for about 15 minutes with nothing as much as an excuse, we do not open until (insert opening time.) I made the decision to go as it felt like twilight zone episode. I just paid the second window and there was a woman standing on her handy. this mcdonald 's is fully operated by unprofessional people. I usually go to vine street. they will continue to see my money.
I waited in Drive-Thru 1 behind another car for seven minutes without being acknowledged, while all the cars at Drive-Thru 2 were served promptly. I felt trapped since I was sandwiched between the car in front of me and the car behind me, or else I would have left. Once the car behind me drove off, I finally decided to leave. What a frustrating experience!
Today I decided to take my granddaughter lunch I order nuggets 2 med fries a soda because no non carbonated drinks were available and quarter pounder both fries were tiny pieces some size of half a pinky finger so I asked the window cashier could I get new fries didn't see her name but she had bad skin she takes my bag and added a couple new fries to the top I drove off heading to school i start eating my fries that's when i noticed the tiny fies I didn't have time to go back and argue with a non professional petty cashier due to the time of her lunch I know better next time leave earlier and go to Bishop road McDonald's 222nd is just disgusting ignorant people working there obviously this time of behavior is ok with the Mgr.
