Contribuisci feedbackIt’s always a hit or miss, depending on location. I will not return to this location. The cod fish comes with bones, maybe I’m used to eating fish without bones. The fried rice was soggy and over cooked for me. Customer service needs improvement. Lastly, the restroom could use some service, had to let the staff know the toilet would not flush. This was my experience and hopefully yours will be better.
The guy taking orders for drive thru was rude. The Philly used to be great. It was horrible tonight. The meat was as if it was pre-cooked then microwaved when ordered. It was definitely not cooked to order fresh. We gotthe food way to fast to be fresh. They charged us 45 bucks for three Phillys and one order of fries. When it's done right, don't mind paying a little extra for good food. Absolutely terrible experience tonight. I wonder if the owner will respond and try to get us to come back? I would give them another chance if they give me my phillys on the house next time and cooked properly. Probably not. We have been regulars for over a year. Something has happened here and it's not good.
Horrible food experience. This was my first visit and last. The portion sizes for a wing combo was not acceptable.
Found hair in my food and was told that it wasn't there before I left the building. Told me I couldn't get my money back or at least have the food remade. Overall poor service and also questioned my observation with a phone flashlight because they wore hats even though their hair was never fully covered.
What I know is. When you get it you must eat. Food (rice especially doesn't stand a chance if you wait beyond 5 minutes to eat it. Pick up the food drive off, go through (2 lights, and make it back to the parking lot at work it's hard just like it was never cooked. You call and complain, and American Deli tells you that it's too late to return to get another meal or a refund.
