Anglers Cafe - Eufaula

This place is a hidden gem in a city with limited dining options! The food was freshly prepared, not like reheated frozen meals. It felt like a home-cooked meal, especially the fresh fish. The service was quick and efficient. The only downside was the cleanliness issue, as we noticed a bug zapper on our table. Overall, a good dining experience.

We decided to give this restaurant a try based on its great reviews from a year ago. We arrived at 10 o'clock and our food didn't come until 11:28. During the hour and a half wait, our waitress never checked on us and we noticed at least three-quarters of the other diners also waiting for their food. The meal itself was alright, but not worth the long wait. With such slow service, I would opt for a different restaurant next time.

I can't get enough of this restaurant! It's the only place I'll ever eat at when I'm in Eufaula.
