Applebee's Grill - Eugene

I have been there twice since COVID-19, the service is ok, the eating was great, not like the fact that they add service tip to the bill should always be the patrons choice.

My partner and I have visited this location several times in recent years. Yesterday night we came out and I spent the night awfully sick, I tried to get into the emergency room. When I called a manager this morning, she didn't seem to take it seriously at all, but was polite. her first answer was that she could refund my money, I felt like she suggested that I called for that reason, so I denied. will not again be sad to visit this place.

Bartender was hella cool he made a bomb drink the kitchen took forever and then I took my food home and it was cold ok I was in the hampton gas house on the road I would have been hot but it is what it is to take care of some companies that should not melt the cheese stalls should not chew think the best part of this place was to drink thank you bartender five star.

Best meal I have had out in a long time! Our server was so fabulous, especially with the littles we had in tow.

This restaurant has really excellent management and staff. I have always been impressed by the quality of service. Especially the manager Selena has been especially helpful nd seems like a very wonderful person as well
