Chef Becky - Eugene

I found out at the last minute that I would be needing to provide the food for my grandson's wedding and I live in another state so was not familiar with any catering companies in Eugene, OR. When I contacted her, she was up against my order/request on a Wednesday for a Saturday wedding and she managed to accommodate the last minute request and prompt delivery to the location. She was very nice to work with.

Chef Becky catered three lunches for us. She is organized and great to work with, was always on time and her food is delicious! We especially loved her BBQ chicken and minestrone soup.

Chef Becky cooked us up a delicious dinner for four for my birthday. Everything was extraordinary. I am looking forward to having another dinner with her as our chef.

Chef Becky and her team catered my wife's 70th birthday party at our home in our backyard last weekend. It was outstanding!! The food was fabulous, especially the salmon and the desserts. Our guests were treated with warmth and respect. She and her team brought all the food, dishes, silverware and cleaned and packaged all the leftovers for us. Needed a menu to compliment a wine tasting for 20 plus wines from Bordeaux including all five 2001 first growths as well as a 100 point Sauternes. Chef Becky and her staff did an outstanding job creating both appetizers as well as entrees and a dessert that fit the occasion perfectly. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
