Dutch Bros Coffee - Eugene

The staff here is friendly and sweet. I passed by three other restaurants to come to this one, and I'm glad I did. They always exude positive energy and greet you with great smiles!

My mom and I absolutely love this place! They always brighten our day, especially when we’re feeling down. They also remember our food allergies, which is really impressive! A big shoutout to the amazing team, especially Rachel and Ivan, for the fun lid decorations today!

I've had a mixed experience at this restaurant. Some of the staff have been quite rude when I've accidentally ordered my drink incorrectly, which is frustrating. I'm hesitant to return since I can't predict when those employees will be working. On the positive side, I've also had some great interactions with other staff members. It just seems that a few of them could improve their customer service skills!

I am not a coffee drinker, but I love a good Italian soda. Sadly, they have inexplicably stopped having the cherry syrup. That's my favorite flavor. But the raspberry is acceptable. I love to support Oregon based businesses, so Dutch Bros is on my list of favorites.

As always, the service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious, and the trip of 2,000 miles was absolutely worth it! I really wish we had a Dutch Bros here in western South Dakota.
