Maybe if they didn 't have the radio up so loud they might actually hear the order the first time, instead of having to repeat myself 2—3 more times. And maybe, just maybe, when there is a line of cars having a 'sit in the window frame ' conversation isn 't the most appropriate thing to do for another 5 minutes. Then again, maybe the conversation would be quicker if the radio wasn 't so loud that both sides hace to repeat themselves over and over. At least the coffee 's good.

Time wasters. Slow service and the lot is way too small to accommodate any more than 4 cars in line. Worker on foot let multiple people cut us in line without taking our order. We waited 20 minutes without being able to place an order and ultimately decided it was better to leave without coffee than wait any longer.

Wow just wow the management at this place is just absurd and rude. I will not be returning until they fix the problem employees.
