Who cares about the atmosphere when the holiday huli is to die for?

I used to love this food, it has gone downhill so bad. The employees were all awesome though.

We’ve eaten here a lot and something was off this time. The portion was smaller and it just didn’t taste the same?

Not really happy Hawaiian time is usually one of my favs but lately they have really gone down hill . I have had issues the last three times I've been. Tonight I was asked if my change was a tip. Ummm if I want to leave a tip then that's up to me by asking your making you customers feel uncomfortable. I went thru the drive thru I wasn't been waited on. Then I asked for a terriake sauce and I was told I would have to pay for it. Shouldn't at least one come with the meal. What's going on new management or what.

The food is great but extremely slow service and they never give you enough teriyaki. I paid an extra 0.25 and got two tiny little cups of sauce for a whole tray of chicken and rice.
