Sarver Winery - Eugene

The location is stunning, and it was truly enjoyable to sit outside on the patio with a lovely glass of wine while soaking up the sunshine and taking in the views. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The woman who served us spoke about the wines in a robotic, disinterested manner, barely looking up from her work. She mentioned that they weren't offering wine flights but would be "happy to give a splash" before we made our choices. We each received a small tasting of two wines, which surprisingly ended up costing us $2 per sip! To make matters worse, she charged us full price for half pours. Although she did adjust the bill in the end, it took three attempts to get it right. Since we were the only customers and ordered from the bar, we expected her to be more attentive during the brief time we were there.

Stunning views, an excellent selection of charcuterie, and delightful wine. The service was wonderful as well.

This small, unassuming restaurant offers stunning views of all the wineries in the area, especially Fern Ridge Lake, in my opinion. The Pinot Noir is quite nice as well.

Best winery in the Eugene area in my opinion. Great outdoor area with awesome view, friendly staff, and a big variety of wine. I really appreciate that they import grapes to make the dark red wines that aren't grown in this area. Their cab and Sarah is awesome!

We were last here 8 years ago, and it was one of our favorite wineries of our trip. We finally made it back, and it's still awesome! Family friendly, great wine, live music in the summers (on Fridays), and a great charcuterie board!
